TickGDPR is a brand of Prudent Professional Services SIA, registered in Latvia ("we", "us", "our"). TickGDPR is the trading name for the platform available at tickgdpr.eu.
By creating an account or using TickGDPR, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

TickGDPR is an AI-assisted tool. Nothing on the platform constitutes legal advice.
All findings, corrected clauses and recommendations are AI-generated and should be reviewed by a qualified DPO or privacy lawyer before implementation.
Prudent Professional Services SIA accepts no liability for compliance decisions made based on platform output.

You must not use TickGDPR to:
Upload documents containing illegal content
Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
Circumvent usage limits or access controls
Resell access to the platform without authorisation
Use the platform to process data in violation of applicable law
You retain ownership of documents you upload. You grant TickGDPR a limited licence to process those documents solely to provide the service.
Prudent Professional Services SIA retains ownership of the TickGDPR platform, all AI models, reports generated, brand assets and all platform intellectual property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prudent Professional Services SIA's total liability for any claim arising from use of the TickGDPR platform is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages, including compliance failures, regulatory fines, or data breaches arising from reliance on platform output.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by Latvian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Latvian courts.
EU consumer protection law applies where relevant. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.
